I am a Registered Biokineticist who is passionate about health and fitness.

I have always participated in sports and after playing SA Indoor Netball, I searched for the next challenge and started making my way through all the extreme sports and races.

I am always looking for the next adventure, but this takes precious time away from my family. 

I always wish to share my passion with my loved ones and support them in their health journey. 

I realized that a lot of families out there would love to do these amazing adventures together but do not know where to start, 

so I decided to combine my passion and expertise and create fun filled family adventures for all to enjoy. 

WHY? Because I can!
